All submissions must be submitted within allotted hackathon hours. Use of satellite technology is not permitted.  

Suggested Submission: 14ymedio is looking for an app that can take an RSS feeds from their website and download it for offline use. Another feature would allow that same offline content to be shared among users in Cuba through bluetooth connection. If possible, updates to the app should come as an attachment via email. The app would open the attachment and use the info to update the app's content as a way to work around the censorship apparatus.
